Description: |
The Matocq Lab has been building capacity in multiple -omics (including transcriptomics) in understanding how herbivores are able to tolerate sagebrush as a food source. Matthew Holding (former GUTT postdoc) has lead a genome annotation workshop which has had crossover into GEM3 annotations for sagebrush. Additional postdocs within the Matocq lab have collaborated with GEM3 postdocs within the Postdoc Integration Team and the Modeling & Omics Integration Teams.
