Description: |
Physiological traits relating to subspecies and population sources of Big Sagebrush (Artemisia tridentata) in a common garden setting. Bacteria and fungi from sagebrush leaves from current (2021) and previous (2012) collections were sequenced for taxon identification and leaf chemical analyses were conducted to understand microbiome relationships within plants.
