Description/Abstract
Uploaded files are observed water temperatures of streams inhabited by redband trout in Idaho. Data were collected from 2014-2019 by Columbia River Inter-Tribal Fish Commission as part of the redband trout thermal adaptation study led by Shawn Narum. Water Temperatures were monitored using Tidbit V2 temperature loggers (Onset) with logging intervals between 30-50 min. These temperature data can be used to characterize thermal regimes of redband trout habitat, fine-scale geospatial modeling and agent-based modeling.
