Description/Abstract

These are scripts assembled for mining draft genomes of Artemsisia tridentata subsp. tridentata. These scripts were used for a paper currently in review. I will be working on these scripts to add more functions and to be more flexible with input formats (eg, differences in header formats for fasta inputs).
