Reduced representation sequence data from Centaurea diffusa individuals
New genomic tools are needed to elucidate the evolution of invasive, non-model organisms. This project strives to understand genetic diversity and genes underlying traits associated with invasion in economically important invasive plant, diffuse knapweed (Centaurea diffusa, Asteraceae). Here we present reduced representation sequencing data from individuals used in a genome-wide association study and a global population genomics study.
